Korean Beef with Cauliflower Rice

Sweet and spicy with all your favourite Korean beef flavours. We are always looking for ways to eat healthier. When you have a food blog it is easy to get carried away with the sweets, treats and delicious pastries. But balance is key, and healthy eating can still be super satisfying and tasty too! Here we have reinvented a Korean classic that we love, but have substituted the white rice side for cauliflower rice! Sage, Cider & Citrus Pork Rib Roast

This recipe was designed to layer as much flavour as possible into a simple and inexpensive pork rib roast. Low and slow is the key to infusing this roast with sumptuous flavours. Using our mortar and pestle we were able to bend together a super savoury sage and citrus marinade. That combined with a cider, which infuses the pork with subtle apple notes is pure heaven! Finally, utilizing those remaining pan juices to create the most delicious gravy is served alongside this mouth-watering pork dish. You will never look at pork the same way again!

You don’t always need the best cuts of meat to produce superior flavours.  You can easily create delicious tasting beef dishes using this fantastic marinade on any cuts of red meat including; steaks, short ribs, roasts and more. This marinade is our absolute favourite and will help you bring your dishes to the next level. The secret behind getting the most flavour is letting the meat marinate in this sauce for 4-8 hours; allowing all the aromatic elements to be inflused into the meat! This recipe is superb when cooking on the BBQ. Tip:  spoon any remaining marinade onto the meat as it cooks.
